1. Master's degree or above in biomedicine, biochemistry, pharmacy, and other majors from prestigious universities;
2. Familiarize oneself with the cutting-edge research directions in biomedicine and be able to search relevant literature with familiarity;
3. Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills;
4. Familiar with the research and development of small molecule and large molecule drugs or the biomedical industry;
5. Aspiring to research and develop high-quality projects in the venture capital industry;
6. Have worked in the venture capital industry or have knowledge of the venture capital industry;
7. Those who have participated in drug research and development are preferred;
8. Previous experience in research and development in pharmaceutical companies is preferred;
9. Having extensive industry and social resources, able to independently develop projects.
