Director of Hard Technology Investment

1. Master's degree or above in hard technology from a prestigious university;
2. Familiar with the operation mode and process of private equity investment funds;
3. The professional field of hard technology has long-term accumulation, in-depth research, and abundant project resources;
4. Have sharp insight and project decision-making ability in investment projects, and strong market development ability;
5. Possess certain leadership and management skills, good verbal expression, coordination and communication skills, and team organization skills
6. Mastering knowledge of policies and regulations in the financial and fund industries, and having good resources in government, investment institutions, investment banks, and intermediaries is a priority;
7. Those with a fund industry qualification certificate are preferred;
8. Those with qualifications such as CFA, CPA, and judicial examination are preferred.
